NIU HONOLULU x ABSTRACT COLLAB
At NIU Honolulu, we’re starting a “NIU” tradition (pun intended). Each year, we will present an
all-electric mobility vehicle such as our Moped, collaborate with local talent on creating a
one-of-a-kind work of art, and then donate all funds to a Hawaii-based charity. For our inaugural
year, we partnered with fine artist Kristie Fujiyama Kosmides and multi Nā Hōkū Hanohano award
winner and ukulele virtuoso Jake Shimabukuro, of Abstract Collab
(https://www.abstractcollab.com/) and together with NIU Honolulu, created a very cool piece of
art. The beneficiary this year is Hawai‘i Foodbank (https://hawaiifoodbank.org/) and 100% of all
funds raised will go to the organization.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the giveaway to win the NIU Honolulu 2022 Holiday Moped, anyone 21 years of age

nominal so that everyone has the opportunity to participate. The NIU Honolulu 2022 Holiday Moped Giveaway begins on Dec. 5th and ends on Dec. 19th. The winner will be chosen at
random and announced on Dec. 20th. As said above, 100% of all donations received this year
